Parent-And-Me
6-24 MONTHS
It's important to start coming to the pool as early as you can in your child's life. It's quite a long process but starting them as early as possible will only help the process along (#TrustTheProcess) (Coach Jay may stick Philly references in as well).
Coach Jay recommends 2-3 month-long memberships a year, spread out as you like between Spring, Winter, Fall.
2 & 3-YEAR-OLDS
There are still lots of first-timers in this 4:1 group, but our kiddos are starting to develop some muscles now and ready to start working a bit more than their playful toddler predecessors.
Coach Jay recommends 2-4 month-long memberships a year, spread out as you like between Spring, Winter, Fall.
3 & 4-Year Olds
This two-instructor class is for our 3-year-olds that are ready to be pushed a little more, and 4-year-olds that still need a hand on them the entire time! (#SafetyFirst). 4 kids and 2 instructors mean lots more personalized attention than the 2/3-year-old class.

Levels 1-4
All grade levels are merely suggestions based on the averages of my previous customers.
LEVEL 1: PRE-K/TK KIDS (
4 & 5-YEAR OLDS)
”We’re just getting going.”
For kids who can put their faces in the water only. All students must be well enough behaved to be in any group class for safety's sake, or Coach Jay will recommend the student move to a 1-on-1. The real work begins in this class.
Coach Jay recommends 3 month-long memberships a year, spread out as you like between Spring, Winter, Fall.
LEVEL 2: KINDER KIDS
5 & 6-YEAR OLDS)
”We’re swimming short distances across the pool!”
This is an intermediate class. These kids are starting to conquer a lot on their own, but we’re still not safe yet. All students must be well enough behaved to be in any group class for safety's sake, or Coach Jay will recommend the student move to a 1-on-1.
Coach Jay recommends 3 month-long memberships a year, spread out as you like between Spring, Winter, Fall.
LEVEL 3: FIRST GRADERS
6 & 7-YEAR OLDS)
”We’re getting really safe now.”
This is our year to truly get independent. We’re now swimming a few laps at a time. Diving for toys in the deep end. Learning to tread water. The hard work is paying off, this is the fun part. All students must be well enough behaved to be in any group class for safety's sake, or Coach Jay will recommend the student move to a 1-on-1.
Coach Jay recommends a few months a year, spread out as you like between Spring, Winter, Fall.
LEVEL 4: STROKE WORK
7-YEARS and OLDer
"We are no longer teaching you HOW to swim. Now we're teaching you how to swim correctly while building more strength.”
We’re still going to have fun while becoming stronger swimmers. But we’re going to spend a lot of time making some strokes look more proper.
Coach Jay recommends you do whatever you like around your other sports seasons.
LEVEL 4B: Big Kids Exercise
7-YEARS and OLDER
"This is strength building through fun and games, with an appetizer of ‘stroke work.’ Plus it’s 40 minutes!”
Coach Jay’s own daughter’s still insist on this class and Join regularly. And I love my daughters so here we are. My girls don’t want to join the swim team anytime soon, but they still love to swim for fun and it’s a great exercise along the way.
Coach Jay recommends you do whatever you like around your other sports seasons.
